Light-duty tow: $99 per hour, 1-hour minimum. Covers cars, sedans, and SUVs — flatbed or wheel-lift, whichever the vehicle needs.
Medium and heavy-duty tow: same $99/hr rate, 1-hour minimum. Covers trucks, vans, cargo vans, semis, RVs, and buses. Billed for actual time on jobs that run longer than the minimum given the equipment involved.
Roadside assistance: $99 per hour, 1-hour minimum, for jump-start, flat-tire change, lockout, fuel delivery, or winch-out. Delivered fuel is billed at cost on top of the service rate.
There is no faster tier to pay for. Standard arrival targets under 60 minutes on every call, in every city we serve — the rate doesn't change if you're stuck at 2pm on a Tuesday or 2am on a holiday.
